I've just had a email saying they have no plans to run a 2nd edition due to a lack of funds !

On a plus side they did say they have a book in the pipeline about MiD's which I assume will be massive if it contains all MiD's that were awarded?

I've been looking at this "Honour Those Mentioned The Armies: Mentioned in Despatches to the Armies During WW2" for a while now and I've finally purchased the two volume book. Shhh! Don't tell the wife!!

I'm happy to do look ups.... I await to be bombarded by Drew!

Could you possibly check 14201040 John Windsor Hyman LEITZ? there is a note in his service book that he was MiD but I cant find it in the LG.

What details do the books give? I'd noticed them online recently and was considering them.

    Thanks

    Alistair

Strictly British or does it cover MiD for other Commonwealth countries?
