Its not a Hurricane MkIID, the 40mm cannon were fitted under the wing.
This appears to be a 20mm cannon armed Mk II, but interestingly one (or two) of its cannons appears to have been removed.

    here's a drawing of a Hurricane MkIID

In 1942 a new wing was fitted carrying 2 x 40mm cannons either Rolls Royce BF or Vickers type ES anti tank guns plus one harmonising 7.7mm (0.303in) machine gun for each of the anti armour weapons. this was to assist with aiming of the weapons.

Sorry , but there was only one mark of Hurricane fitted with 40mm cannon the MkIID, it didn't have a new wing, the 40mm guns were fitted in pods below the wing.

I believe you will find that the Mark IV Hurricane of 1943 vintage also had the ability to carry two 40 mm cannon along with two .303 machine guns. This was only one of its possible armament configurations. Doc

I would be more inclined to say post 9 # 3 is probably more likely a Mig or Yak....not a 109E.

...or upon reflection more likely a LaGG-3.
