Hi All On my grandfather's service record it has him posted for a short time after serving roughly five months in the 2 TBatt (which I presume is 2nd training Battalion Royal Artillery, he was in training between 30/5/37 to 5/10/37) posted to the 14/4 Med Bde (which I presume is Medium Brigade) between 5/10/37 to 3/12/37 (after that he was posted to the 7/9 Heavy Brigade which became the 9th Coastal Artillery in Singapore). I have two questions: 1) Does anyone have any information about the 14/4 Royal Artillery in the late 1930s? 2) What artillery calibres counted as medium at this time? Thanks Justin
