I acquired 66 maps from the GSGS 4164 map series for Italy at the weekend. All came from the estate of Capt P.W.Simpson (232991 or 232997 - cannot determine last number) - 1st Regt RHA (unsure if this was the unit he was with in Italy) I've plotted the maps I have on the index for Italy North... Does anyone have the index for Italy South please which they would be happy to share so that I can plot the maps there. It appears this chap and unit landed at Salerno and ended up on the Italian / Yugoslavian border at some stage later. Any info anyone might have in respect the chap or his unit would be of great interest too. Thanks Tim
