    An edition of the British official newsreel "War Pictorial News", produced by the Ministry of Information, Middle East.

    I. 'THE KING IN HOLLAND.' King George VI chats to Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery (Commander 21st Army Group) and Air Marshal Sir Harry Broadhurst (Commander 38 Group, RAF) on his arrival in Holland. The King inspects units of a British Armoured Division (4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards ?) drawn up on a parade ground. At Langenboom (2nd Army Tac HQ) the King and General Miles C Dempsey (Commander British Second Army) talk to members of the Royal Tank Regiment (October 12 1944). later talking to an unidentified Major of the US 82nd Airborne Division. Dutch civilians wave at King George VI as he walks through an unidentified village

    The "King's visit to Holland" stills seem to go as far as B10725, B10726 being an abrupt shift to stills taken by Sergeant Hardy around Calais, albeit still for the date 12d10m1944...

    Ramiles,

    I am not familiar with Warhurst but he is said to be second from right in this photo as you point out. Captain Malindine, 5 AFPU, is to his right (3rd right). No idea who the chap to the extreme right, or the man 4th from right might be?

    So it does look like Warhurst and Malindine in action together in your comparison above.

    THE ARMY FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHIC UNIT IN NORTH WEST EUROPE, 1944 - 1945
    HU48482 : Object description - AFPU film cameraman and photographer, Sergeant Richard Leatherbarrow relaxes with three former women camp inmates at Belsen. Sgt Leatherbarrow served with No 5 Army Film & Photographic Unit and worked primarily as a film cameraman. On D Day, he accompanied and filmed the Canadian forces who landed on Juno Beach.

    Leatherbarrow mentions in his IWM audio interview of diving for cover under a grand piano at the Chateau du Heaume (6 Ab Div HQ) and meeting Major General Gale there. A still from one of his clips showing Gale, with reporter Leonard Mosley in background.
