Hi all, been researching my local area regarding the air raids on the town of Crewe. Have found a record which I would love to copy at the National Archives at Kew, but don't know of anybody who could copy it on my behalf (would do it myself, but have a chronic knee condition). The file in question is ENEMY AIR OFFENSIVE AGAINST GREAT BRITAIN (Code B.45): Air Attack on Rolls Royce Works, Crewe. Ref: AIR 2/5262. A digital file would be fine. Hi Mark, There are several users who can do this for you. I've personally used Drew5233 and PsyWar.Org . I'd drop them a pm/message. Although, I'm not sure 100% whether they're back at it now that Covid restrictions have been reduced. It WAS about 10p per page, the last time I used them. The issue will be that they cannot give you an estimate, as it all depends on how big it is, which they won't know until they get there to photograph it. Could be a couple of quid, could be 100....
