The Scottish ones for example can be bought from the rcahms.gov.uk website or from Scanned image of Luftwaffe vertical air photograph of the Greenock and Port Glasgow areas. | Canmore for less than a tenner.

You quote the price of the printer (£10,00 Epsom) as your guarantee of quality, I very much doubt the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland produces prints on a home printer. From rcahms site Image Size As a rough guide the longest side exceeds 3000 pixels. However, digital Image pixel sizes vary between digital originals and scans of prints eg the print could be small. Please ask for a pixel size to be quoted in your order. A full refund is provided if the pixel size is insufficient. What kind of scanner do you use? Plus buying from these sites rather than yours ensures that they get some cash rolling in so as to preserve the other services they offer and the upkeep of their collections.

Importantly, the images have not been scanned into a computer but professionally photographed - which again adds to the quality of the prints.
