My Grandfather escape from a camp in Xanthi

    Hello, my grandfather who was Turkish told us that he had escaped from a Nazi camp in Xanthi to Turkey. However we are unable to find any thing about him. He and all his siblings are dead now and we could not find any records of his parents anywhere. Can you help me try to find out more information about him?

    1. What searchs have you made already:
    2. Names and details of people would probably help
    3. Whay were they imprisoned in the camp
    4. Do you have access to Turkish records
