Name that Vehicle

    You're right. It's a one-off armored car prototype built on WC62 1.5 ton chassis.
    I like yours better though. It looks much more heavy duty than a 2.5 tonner. Do you know who built it? Front looks a little like an FWD.

    It's an AEC 6X6. A U.K. company noted for the Matador. The AEC Command Vehicle below also looks very heavy duty. 20 tons and 30 mph max speed.

    Close enough.
    It's a two-seater from one of the copper/nickel mines in Sudbury, Ontario. It had wheels to facilitate being rolled in and out of the elevator cage.
    No date given but mining operations there have been continuous since 1883. .
