New CWGC Commemoration 1st March 2018

    CWGC added the following casualty to the WW2 War Dead Roll today.

    FAUSETT, Horace Edward
    Pilot
    Royal Air Force Ferry Command
    Died 19.01.42 Age 27
    Commemorated: Ottawa Memorial, Canada

    NOT FORGOTTEN

    The above was an In From The Cold Project case (Volunteer: Chris Harley)
    - Horace Fausett died when RMS Lady Hawkins was sunk by submarine

    This case was notable for one reason in that it was submitted yesterday afternoon & was accepted by lunchtime today.
