Hi All, I am a new member on this site, with an interest in the units of 145 Brigade 1939-1940 and POW experiences.
Post away ! One of the regulars on '1940' seems to have been deflected by Facebook at the moment and another is writing a book so it has been a little quiet of late....but there is a lot known particularly about Cassel and quite a lot of photographs taken immediately after the action have appeared. Do you have a copy of Jerry Murland's "Cassel and Hazebrouck 1940" ?
Thank-you. Yes I have that as well as his "Retreat and Rearguard: Dunkirk 1940". I have a growing library of published material including the OBLI War Chronicle for 1940 and Anna Wickiewicz "Captivity in British Uniforms" (as my interest extends to the POW life of those captured at Cassel and Hazebrouck).
