Hello, My name is Martin Lacey from The Netherlands. I have joined the forum hoping to find more information about my granddad in WW2 and especially the following; - Movements of him within the Netherlands (1/4 KOYLI) - Landing D-Day 112LAA Regt (+3?); which beach and is this three days or three hours? Please show me in the right direction where I can ask my questions. I have also enclosed his war time records and a photo we have from him while he was with the 1/4 KOYLI (middle). As we know until know is that around Operation Overlord he was with the 112LAA regt and went back tot the UK on 8/8/1944 as he was promised two weeks leave if he was to join the infantry (KOYLI). With knowing he was part of the liberation of Roosendaal 75 years ago it would be great to travel in his footsteps later this year with my dad. Also we know he was around Nijmegen and Arnhem. He was also billeted in the town of Nijmegen, my dad went there in the early 1980's with my granddad and even found the house he was billeted in. A special story if you ask me! Thank you for helping me out! Kind regards, Martin Lacey
