    Hello:)

My late father served in No:6 Commando 101 Troop untill his capture at Dieppe 19 August 1942 and by then 101 Troop had morphed into the SBS (april 42?)

Anyone come across missions or members of 101 Troop in their research?

    Thanks:)

My Father was also in 101 troop but I don't know much at all about his time in No6 I think he took part in Claymore and know he went to Vaagso. He might heave raided the Channel Islands too? Let me know if you can find out anything please and v:poppy:ice versa

Hi, Came across this whilst trying to piece together my late Dads war. He was no.6 commando so he told me but not seen on any nominal roles; experience in canoes and alluded to beach sampling. Name was RWF Renshaw. I would love to have a look through the files if at all possible. Regards.Piers Renshaw
