A new recently published novel set on the Bodmin Stop Line in the summer of 1940.

Some of the back cover blurb: "

In the summer of 1940, when all the talk is of imminent invasion, a rubber dinghy is found on the upper reaches of the River Fal. Major Isaac Trevennel, in Cornwall on a personal mission for new Prime Minister Winston Churchill, gets embroiled in the efforts to catch the enemy agent creating havoc across the county. With a backdrop of the early air raids on Cornwall, the Major finds assistance from an unexpected source in the form of beautiful ATS girl Elizabeth Treluckey. But will they capture their man before the invasion starts?"

No Small Stir is an historical novel that brings wartime events and real wartime locations along the Bodmin Stop Line to life. It explores themes such as love, loyalty, missed opportunity and redemption, and confronting evil.
