    Some very nice shots of glider landings but includes some scenes that have been cut from the Arnhem operation (such as Border Regiment on Van Lennepweg). What was the aircraft where the Paras were jumping from doors either side?

    Yes, I noticed that, too.

    What was the aircraft where the Paras were jumping from doors either side?

    That was the Curtiss C-46 Commando and the paratroops were members of US 513th PIR. This was the only time in WWII that the Commmando was used operationally.

    I got some great stories from 513th vets about converting from the C-47 to the C-46.
