Organisation of Canadian Army Staff branches

I was searching for the same question (staff functions and techniques in Canadian HQs), and this conversation came up in the search.
I do understand that this is an old topic, but I was wondering if these copies are still available in digital form. It seems it is Part II which is relevant.
