Oslo Report - Author?

Did it ever come to light who was the author on the Oslo report which had information given to the British on the V-weapons?

 

Hans Ferdinand Mayer a German mathematician & scientist delivered it to the British Embassy in Oslo in November 1939. The letter was sent to the Naval Attache Captain hector Boyes and outlined German R & D in the weapons field. It is mentioned in RV Jones book Most Secret War.

Thanks Jedburgh22. Reading Middlebrook's book on the RAF raid on Peemunde.

 

R V Jones knew after the war who the author was, but revealed his name only when he passed away.

I will have to look up an old post of mine regarding this subject.
