In researching the development of Anti-Aircraft formations in the 1930s, I have come across a document dated November 1937 referring to 2nd Anti-Aircraft Group (in Western Command), which, my books tell me, was not created until wartime. Perhaps the writer meant 2nd Anti-Aircraft Division, which certainly existed at this time, although it was not in Western Command. Any other explanations?
