The first two were held by the Japanese, the third became a POW following the loss of Whitley BD 220; Place - Germany; Date - 14 June 1943 His casualty file hasn't been digitised by the NAA as yet, but his pers file has - it shows him working as a Station Hand when he enlisted. Documents on his pers file place him in Stalag VI in 1943
