I am researching Harry Charles Cooper who is commemorated on a WW2 memorial plaque at Hindle house Arcola Street Hackney London. The information I have so far is Rank: Private Service No. 14608473 DOD: 15/08/1944 Age: 36 Regiment/Service: North Staffordshire Regiment 6th btn. Grave Ref: XIX E 18 Cemetery: Bayeux War Cemetery. Son of William Harry and Florence Cooper; husband of Elizabeth Ann Cooper of Enfield Middlesex. I would think that his parents probably lived in the Arcola Street area and he would have lived with them until he got married. I would appreciate any further information on Harry and to make contact with his relatives.
