Various shots of cadets of the Royal Military Academy who have just qualified as officers of the Royal Armoured Corps. They march along the parade ground as General Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander, takes the salute. M/S profile of him saluting. He addresses them saying they have to be leader, father and mentor to their men and keep them out of trouble. Various shots of the college. M/S of ceremonial slow march up steps and into college.
