    Good evening all,

My Grandfather served in 9FTS 39-43 at RAF Hullavington as a LAC, before going to Castle Bromwich.
I'm trying to find information about 9FTS and Hullavington in general but not having much luck at all.

Now this might sound daft...but I know army units had war diaries. Was this the same for RAF bases?
Any tips in general will be greatly received as I have very little information at present.

    Kind regards,

Blimey, 5 minutes to reply! Thank you!
Did they use day-to-day diaries also? There were some stories my grandfather told me as a child and I'd love to see if some matched up.

I have no idea what the diary includes or even how large it is - perhaps one of the other members who are regulars at TNA could answer or find out for you
