There's a channel on Youtube that I've just discovered that edits old WW2 videos to make them highly watchable. In his words: With added sound, clipped edges, and corrected speed, we experience history in the way it may have happened. Here are some examples (Caution: obviously there are some bodies): Normandy '44 Berlin '45 Caen '44 Tarawa '44 Kursk '43 Iwo Jima '45 Rusty's Time Machine - Episode 16: The Invasion Of Iwo Jima (WW2) [Click for Video] All of the War videos (including a WW1) are here: War Episodes - YouTube
i think their highly un-watchable after that massive dose of dubbing. i never liked the ricochet and footstep sounds of 'world at war'. that was overdone imo.
