As promised; I will post just a few of my air show pics. Here follows a small selection of what the Duxford September airshow had to offer of modern fighter displays. When I have left some old warbirds in the foreground of some pics, it's purely intentional ! First was the F-16. I certainly loved it. Then came the Red Arrows. They did some nice formation flying in well synchronised turns and also displayed som really narrow-margin head-ons and cross-turns: View attachment 37815 View attachment 37816 View attachment 37818 View attachment 37819 View attachment 37820 The French team, with their Alphas, wasn't bad either: And the were very French... This concludes my Battle of Britain and Duxford museum + air show tour.
Stormbird Love the photo's I have set taken at Minehead in August, I missed RIAT at Fairford this year so missed the Famous Italian Display team. They are just as colourful as the Red Arrows.
