Marching at Rifle regiment pace, 140.The words of the padre Reverend Donald McDonald, mindful of the massacre of the Cameronians at Neuve Chapelle 1915 said at the disbandment 'Cameronians are not in the habit of whimpering - and we shall not whimper now!'


    Regimental Sergeant Major Ronnie Andrews 1st Bn Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) 'Today, 14 May 1968 marks the death of a whole family' (Disbandment) The picquet officer seen addressing the padre is Lieutenant Jeremy Cox, later Major J. Cox Scots Guards.
