Yes he was a good friend at the time.We had a little parade in a field and asked Who wants to join? This mate of mine stepped forward. Nice bloke, A Scot, and oddly enough... A pipe smoking Scot, I cannot recall his name after all this time. But if he is still about he would recognise this.
