    Hi everyone

I've just found this photograph of my father, Royal Marine John Jardine CH/X 100196 from 1940; he enlisted May 1940 so must of been this year. I believe it may of been taken on completion of his training which, from his service records, was at Chatham Barracks. He never shared it with me when he was alive....lovely to find it now though.

Can someone confirm it is Chatham Barracks for me please?

Also, would love to hear from anyone who thinks it may include one of their own family members.

    Great photo to have.
Placing it here was a good start. The only other thing I can suggest is that you add any names of your Dad's mates that you can recall, even if you're not sure they're in the photo. That way others searching the internet for info on their relatives might be able to eventually connect. If you don't intend to hang around the forum regularly make sure you set your Notifications up correctly so that you'll know when someone posts a reply.
