S.O.E operations in the area of Lyons-La-Forêt

    I am looking at gathering all information of S.O.E operations that incorperated the area of Lyons-La-Forêt and it's surrounding areas. I am just starting to research this subject and I understand that there were at least two operations under the code name Prosper. Under Prosper I know that there was Operation Charlotte that took place which I understand was a parachuting of weaponary, I would like to learn all I can about this operation as possible. I want to learn as much as I can about all operations in this area.

    Unfortunately I can only support you to continue with your research.
    Researching a possible SOE operation near my home town I am keen to learn more about these brave people.

    I would recommend the book “SOE in France” by M R D Foot which appears to have numerous reference to Prosper.
