On Saturday 24th September I spent an enjoyable afternoon/evening at the Shuttleworth Collection, Old Warden. The day consisted of a flying display as well as the opportunity to get up close to the collection’s aircraft, cars and motorcycles. I hope my photographs give a flavour of the day.

And yet again, I've missed a Shuttleworth show.
Been on my 'to do' list for years.

Cracking stuff - I'm told they're always really nice chilled-out events?
Bet that Napier Railton sounds fantastic. Only ever seen it parked up at Brooklands.

These events always seem very relaxed, almost like a garden party. The Napier Railton sounded great after several attempts to get it started. I had hoped to get some detailed photos of it but my four year old was not to keen on the noises coming from the exhaust.

I really miss Shuttleworth and Duxford. Hope someone attending can post pics so I can get my fix vicariously.

Like Adam I've always meant to go to the Shuttleworth show / exhibition but so far haven't got round to it, maybe next year. Great pics, thanks.
