    Any info on the following man : LAMBERT, FREDERICK

    Grave Reference: IV. A. 13.

    Cemetery: SCHOONSELHOF CEMETERY

    Additional Information: Son of Thomas and Georgina Lambert; husband of Marjorie Lambert, of Newark, Nottinghamshire.

    Any V2 strikes on the day that might account for him ?

    Feb. 23, (03.28 hours) - Batt. SS Abt. 500, Dalfsen, Site 411 (Estate Mataram), V-2 rocket fired, impacted near Esbeek, Netherlands. Can't find any details , 3 signalmen , Royal Marines of 5 RM AA Brigade and a RA attachd to 5 RM are listed killed that day.

    Thanks TD , Casualty Lists of the Royal Navy and Dominion Navies, World War 2 lists the RM's as KIA in the Netherlands. The RA was attached to the RM's. Looking up on the 5 RM AA it said it had a large Signals detachment as well.
