You have no idea what cats can do But, as I said before having kittens thrown over MY fence in the past makes me rather uncomfortable with the notion. The first one I took to the vet for adoption, the latter was in such a sorry state that I assumed nobody would take her in, so I adopted her myself, Nefertiti. She's the smaller one on the right, with TLC she developed in a quite a nice thing.
