The Happy Warrior The life story in picture-strip of Sir Winston Churchill 48 pages in colour An Eagle book 6s. Told by Clifford Makins Drawn by Frank Bellamy Published 1958 Back in the late 1970s I bought this book from a church jumble sale for a few pence. It was 20 years old then. It's a great way for a youngster -as I was back -then to learn an outline of the life of Winston Churchill & a basic outline of WW2 , from a mainly British viewpoint. It's been sat in a box in the loft for the last few years . I'm taken photos of it & posted them in an album. To read the text - in the Gallery click the black box marked ''options'' & choose 'View All Sizes'' in the drop down menu & select Large. [sharedmedia=gallery:albums:773]
