This song was the end song playing over the credits in the movie "The Founder". The Founder was about the early beginnings of the McDonald's operations. Pretty good movie too. Michael Keaton played the part of Ray Croc, the supposed founder of McDonald's. Not sure why they selected this song as the end song though.

Never get tired of this one on Youtube. Or the movie for that matter. Several weeks ago it was shown on one of the theaters here in Baton Rouge. I've seen Casablanca a thousand times, but to see it on the big silver screen was a wonderful experience. When this scene came on, I felt like standing up and singing along, but I didn't know the words in French (or English for that matter).

    Enjoy!

The all of this sound track. Based on a true story if my memory is correct? Something in there about a British Regiment. I once lent a copy a few years back & it was not returned. Still got the DVD.
Edit, nice trainers in the opening scene by the way. Adidas. They cost a fortune these days.

Does this thread require words in the song? Only drum solo worth listening to.

This was my favorite of theirs.

Yes I agree, she had a wonderful voice. I hated it when I heard the news on the radio yesterday. She'll be missed.

Terrible movie but Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin in a musical is a novel concept.

Great live performance by The Kinks, from 1965, on Red Skelton's tv show in the US.
