I purchased a complete set of The War Illustrated (WW2) magazines, from issue 1 through to issue 255 covering 1939-1947. I bought them in the hope of coming across any information on various family members of mine who served during that period, but after some lengthy and quite exhaustive reading I've discovered that I was probably very naive to expect that to be the case. I am now looking to sell them on but in the meantime if any member of the forum would like me to look up any particular date for them, or any entry of significance, then I will be only too pleased to do so.
