Times Obit Search Plse - Lt. The Honourable Robert Brampton Gurdon, 3rd CG & LRDG KIA July 1942.

Hi,

Has anyone got access to Times on line and could see if there is an obituary printed for the above described?

He was my father's platoon officer in No 2 Company 3rd Coldstream Guards in mid 1941. He was posted to G Patrol, LRDG in eary 1942.

He was killed in action with LRDG in July 1942. He was the son and heir of Baron Cranworth. My late father spoke very highly of him. He is mentioned in both G Patrol and No Dishonourable Name books.
