'Translating' Finnish and Zwedish designatios

    The Finnish and Swedish forces always bought a lot of their equipment abroad and gave it their own disignations. Does anyone know of sources that 'translate' Swedish designations for armour (SKRV m/37 = German panzer III) and Finnish Artillery (150 H 06 = French ??)?
