    Can anyone tell me what U.S. Army Medical Units served during the battle for Guadalcanal?

    Thank you, most helpful. I'm enquiring for a friend who's father was at Guadalcanal in the Army in some medical capacity. Unfortunately, his father's records were lost in a fire.
