Was recently given a friends Grandfathers documents they have. He was a member of the Royal Artillery (HAA) from 1928 to 1946. He spent the first two years of the war attached operational sites in the UK. He left the UK in 1941 and became part of the PAIFORCE in and around Iran until 1944 before moving onto India and finally based at Trincomalee, Ceylon. Amongst his paper work was the shoulder patch below and I am wondering if anyone can shed any light on it please.
