I'm a Victoria Cross researcher, always happy to pass on my information have no commercial interest, just my own personal interest. I've done a few local talks for Help the Heroes and the British Legion.

I've covered most of the UK, France, Holland and Belgium but if anyone has any jpeg photographs of any Victoria Cross recipients headstone/memorials in any other country and is happy to pass it on it would be fantastic and very much appreciated. My computer can only take three jpeg photographs at a time, hope thats not a pain.

    Thank You

    Andy,

Attached is the memorial to Major David Currie of the South Alberta Regiment who was awarded the VC at Saint Lambert-sur-Dives in Normandy and the memorial to Capt. Paul Triquet of the Royal 22nd Regiment at Casa Beradi in Italy.

    Hi Andy

I have photos of my great-uncle’s headstone. He was Cyril Joe Barton and he was awarded the VC posthumously in 1944. If you’d like any photos or information, please message me. He is buried at Kingston cemetery and I have a lot of photos relating to his life and his bravery.

    Many thanks
    Anne-Marie
