    Bit of a cock-up on the paperwork front. Apparently the Vulcans permit to fly ran out on 3/6/09 and certain works that were supposed to have been sorted by the next review hadn't been completed.:huh:

    I thought that left the flying display a bit thin. I mainly attend to see the military stuff, both old and new. What with all of the current commitments there wasn't much on show.
    Highlight was of course the Red Arrows and the BBMF. I enjoyed the Vampire too, lovely noise it made.

    Did they really have a Vampire there?
    Any pics or video?
    My Dad worked on them , I'd love to see one fly.
    I think I did many years ago.
