Lee copied 166/4350 on to photobucket so I could view that via a password it covers 1939 to December 1941 any ones after that would be great as they would be in myown time with the battalion from N Africa Sicily Italy and Austria so many thanks for your efforts so far very much appreciated

I've ordered the four files for 1944 and they are a good 4,000+ pages altogether. Can anyone else volunteer some of their time at Kew to do one of the two 1945 diaries and 1946 one? I would guess looking at the dates the diaries cover they maybe around a 1,000 pages each.

As mentioned earlier its the whole diary including all the appendices, maps etc.

It looks like these were copied for a great man a few years back and are the files I would dearly like to read to get a feel of what my father and many more stopped their lives and in many cases sacrificed them for to put an end to what was trying to take over Europe and beyond, being a veteran myself I can appreciate all they did but would not put myself in their class, are there any copies about or would it be a new challenge to get them, if so what would the cost be, I am sure I would be able to get it together thanks, look forward to any reply
