Just back from the show. Had a great day, got some nice kit, including a lovely colourised portrait of a 'Skins' Corporal in Italy and some great named group shops of 1st Hampshires officers in 1945.

My 12 year old daughter, Poppy, came with me for the first time and loved it, and returned home with an army medical kit, which she is totally absorbed by!

Nice to see so many good friends there, and good to see some veterans, too.

However, it did seem a little 'smaller' this year, and it was very, very quiet for the first day.

I shall post some photos once I've downloaded them.

That foxed me, too. There was no-one around to ask, unfortunately.
