    Deacs Well i am from Cumbria.

    That's some great work.

    Tony I hope you don't mind but here is the same done for the newspaper indexes for the men of Cumberland in WW1.
    It as been a great help for me in my research.

    Interesting. Perhaps other libraries / record offices have similar listings. The West Sussex list has 342 pages! How they compiled it I don’t know, as it must have been a mammoth exercise.

    Have edited the tag to include Cumbria, just in case.
