What other pic? And yes its been doing that lovely trick for a few weeks. Run it through imageshack and post the image from the URL
Hi PanzerGav I thought I was in the ignoring thread by mistake!!!! Those puppies are ever so cute. How old are they? Toilet training six puppies. I don't envy you! Okay then, yes I do!!!! 'Cos in the scheme of things it is such a short time compared to the many years of pleasure to come. Please keep the pictures coming. Thanks CTNana
CTNana They are four weeks old and their teeth have just come through oh my poor fingers, nose, ears they have to chew everything, but they are great fun to have. Will keep posting the pictures as they grow.
Blimey!!! This thread is almost as old as the forum. We have an African Grey parrot, he's now 25 years old (they can live to 70) his name is Victor and he never stops talking.I'm currently teaching him to be a Guard Dog,at the moment he barks like a Yorkshire terrier so he's not quite an Alsatian yet but he's getting there. We took him to the vet to have his claws clipped. The vet "said bring him back in another 25 years" I said "we wont be bringing him back, someone else will". Graham.
Ozzy, If the parrot is alive and the owner is not, that could be fertile ground for a re-make of this skit:
I was never allowed to watch Monty Python, too stupid my Dad would say. On Sunday's at dinner time, we used to listen to his tapes of the Goon Show!!!!
These are my two 8 year old boys, Jasper who is a Maine Coon and huge, weighing in at 7.8 kilos. And his brother Conran, who weighs in at a svelte 6.2 kilos. They are both beautifully natured and never scratch, bite or act anti-socially. Jasper acts more like a dog really.
This is our Hayley, a 20 lb., 6 year old Cockapoo. Badly in need of a grooming. Great disposition, playful and smarter than some people I've known.
Two lovely, friendly, gentle, NEEDY cats. Lookswise they're a bit "Tweedledum and Tweedledee" but Miles is about 1/3 larger than Ella. Miles (right) and Ella (left)
I have the same 2 cats brother and sister 6.6kilo long hair tabby and a ah hum 6.2kilo tortoise shell
Clive - Miles take silly poses like your cat in the second picture. Sometimes he "sits up" - looking a bit like a statue of the Buddha. And yes he is fat
Just came back a while ago from walking Millie the Siberian Husky while my wife played ball with Charlie in the garden. Millie is too hot and is losing her fur after a cool start to the year. Gets stubborn wanting to go where I don't. I stick to the shade but she wants to follow smells or eat cat poo or food bits thrown out for birds in the grass (not good for her) a very wolfish trait. Pulling a ten year old grumpy 25 kg Husky isn't fun when you are 70, hurts my knees and back (old Judo war wounds). She is a super dog though. On a cool day we do a couple of miles in the morning and again late at night with Charlie as well. They both came from rescue homes as pups. They both are the same age. Millie was my oldest sons dog but as a policeman she ripped up his furniture when he was at work so we let her come and do ours instead (still does at times when she gets hot & bothered}. Bought an aircon a few years ago but she ignores it and lies on the patio under a gazebo bought mainly for her benefit. It will be a sad day when we lose them, if we last long enough ourselves.
