I'm researching the history of the 6th Belgian Infantry Brigade, 3rd Battalion. Thanks to a war-time diary I know they received training by British officers in preparation of accompanying the 2nd British Army into Germany in March 1945.
1 - I would like to find out which British Regiments were stationed in the province of Antwerp (Belgium)
in 1945. Up till now I found only documents relating to RASC and Royal Engineers.
2 - Further I have a document signed by two officers of the Small Arms School and I would like to find out their names but the signatures are illegible for me.
3 - Another picture is of Belgian fuseliers with two British officers. The officer in the general service cap seems to be wearing the cap badge of the Rifle Brigade but the cap badge of the other officer is to blurred for me to find out or guess what it is.
Could someone please give me clues or hints to find out more about '1', decipher the signatures of '2', identify '3'.
Help or directions would be greatly appreciated. (I was referred to this site by the guys of ww2forum)
