Kev, I'm not convinced totally either, as all the pictures I have looked at show different combution chambers. I'm wondering if it was a development of the Derwent, the Nene or Trent? Trying to find comparisons now. Regards Tom

As you can see the chambers are not identical although it really does look like an early Rolls Royce. Regards Tom
