Thanks to forum member Chris C I have another post to make as this arrived yesterday from Down Under: https://www.trackpadpublishing.com/fire-the25-pounder
Just arrived from Greece. "The Pirates" A history of 33rd Light Bombing Squadron of the RHAF and their use of the Fairey Battle. Some great images and it does include a small English supplement.
Hi If you are after something similar you should try "Operation Manna" Επιχείρηση. It was published 7 years ago and just in Greek. An easy read and only 11 Euros. I would say that though. Gus
Deary me. Partly not right in the head, partly this sort of effort needs supporting. Looking nice so far
Slightly strange one. Essentially transcripts of presentations at a 1990 RAS/De Havilland Museum conference marking the Mossie's 50th. Good stuff. Not sure they'd have bothered now, given the price of timber...
It shouldn't do, not really... do the photos not look a lot better, despite the smaller format? At least that's what I was presuming. (I have not ordered them, although I applaud your support)
Had a result on eBay. This seventy-five page post-war booklet for servicemen shipping out to the Far East is selling for between £45 and £75 online. I got it for £5 plus £1.99 postage!
I had some assistance: the spelling in the title and description was so horrendous that it likely wasn't showing up in searches.
Well, I must say that it is VERY QUIET on my front, since Brexit and the new customs laws in the EU....
