30 Battalion Royal Marines info

    I am looking for any info and photo's about the following Marines who were KIA in Kerkdriel/Alem in The Netherlands.

    John Hadnutt KIA in Alem and temporarily buried there.
    John Seel Scougall KIA in Kerkdriel and temporarily buried there.
    Thomas Wright KIA in Kerkdriel and temporarily buried there.
    Arthur John Cook KIA on the river Maas buried in Rosmalen and in the 80's reburied in Groesbeek.

    All help and info appreciated!

    23 april 1945 today 76 years ago these marines died.
    John Hadnutt KIA in Alem and temporarily buried there.
    John Seel Scougall KIA in Kerkdriel and temporarily buried there.
    Thomas Wright KIA in Kerkdriel and temporarily buried there.

    Does anyone have info or photo's for me as we are still researching the events that took place that day?!!

    you do not have to be family
    Download the CWGC certificates as proof of death

    Date of birth and £30
    long wait at the moment due to covid but worth applying for if you want more info



    Get a copy of military service records
