I have been sent this image of a nurse who I understand was one of the first into Singapore following the fall. Can anyone identify the medal?
    Regards, Tony

I do hope that you meant '...was one of the first into Singapore following its re-occupation...'!

The badge is not an Order of the Dannebrog, I'm afraid. It is the cape badge of the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service (Reserve) , thus:

The medal ribbon on the other side is what would then be then 1939-43 Star

    Your image isn't showing.
Is it the second medal in the link I posted ?
I didn't choose the wording of it.

It's the link - the wording thereof is misleading. Think our wires crossed.
