it is known Doss saved around 50 - 80 men. Are any of the men saved by Doss in Hacksaw Ridge still alive? If so is there any recent confirmation?

    Hi,

You might be better posting your query on the sister sister site - WWII Forums

It is more US centric so you’ll likely find more information there.

    Good Luck

Ok I signed up there as "P35 Mustang". I will ask this exact same question as well as post most US stuff there like D Day and Pearl Harbor stuff.

Woah! Really nice vid! I never saw any interview of an older Doss. Is this John Centola guy still alive? I have not seen obituary of him.
